The Gold Galaxea Coral has bright gold tipped polyps and a bright green mouth, This LPS coral can grow quickly in the right conditions. They can take Low to Moderate lighting however do best lower in the tank. Galaxea can also tolerate a strong flow and look great with all their polyps flowing in the current like a nice colony of GSP, though don’t place directly in front of a power head or return line. Galaxea have very long sweeper tentacles so make sure to observe it placement the first night you have it as look for which direction your flow pushes the sweepers so you can better position it not to attack corals close by. I recommend you place it on one side or a corner of the tank to prevent it from stinging anything else.
