Harlequin Tusk Wrasse Juvenile – Captive Bred 4″

The Captive Bred Harlequin Tusk Wrasse is a true achievement in the aquaculture industry as we move closer to a fully diverse selection of sustainability in the saltwater aquarium hobby. This beautiful fish is highly prized for its unique body shape and stark contrast between its brightly colored orange stripes and its pearl white body. Harlequin tusk wrasse do get quite large around 12″ however they can be aggressive towards smaller fish and should not be kept with corals. Harlequin tusk wrasse are not fish to feed on corals themselves, but they do like to rip them off the rocks to check for snacks that may lie underneath such as crabs, starfish, snails and worms. They are also quite fond of a nice sand bed to sleep in and will regularly burrow at night.
