The Erectus Seahorse has a horse-like head and a prehensile tail.  Their color varies from gray, black, brown, yellow, orange, and red.  Their coloration will change based on the colors in their environment.

The Erectus Seahorse reaches a max size of 7.5 inches, so this should be considered when choosing the right tank size and environment.  Seahorses are a slow moving animal and will need tank mates that do not compete for food.  These seahorses are fed a diet of frozen Mysis shrimp.
