The Lemonpeel angelfish is bright yellow with stunning blue highlights around the eyes, lips, on the pectoral fins, and the tips of the caudal, pectoral, and anal fins. Not to be confused with the False Lemonpeel Angelfish that lacks the blue highlights.
This angelfish requires a minimum of 70 gallons with large amounts of live rock to graze on micro algae and provide hiding places. It is recommended not to keep this fish with any large polyp stony corals and clams as they are known to nip. It is best not to keep with fish of the same genera.
Lemonpeel angel are considered omnivores. Their diet should include, marine algae, Spirulina, Mysis or brine shrimp, and high quality fish pellets.
