The OGA Green Star Polyp coral is one of the most popular corals in any aquarium the world over. It is highly admired for its fluorescent green grass-like appearance as it waves in the flow of your tank, especially once it grows into a full colony. Ever think “the back wall of my aquarium sure is boring I wish I could do something with it.” Well then follow the footsteps of many aquarists and glue a frag of GSP to your back wall of the tank (or side walls) make sure to place it closer to the bottom as it will try to grow up over time. Give it a few months and you’ll have a spectacular display that is sure to draw attention from hobbyists and friends alike.

The OGA Green Star Polyp coral is a hardy fast-growing coral feel free to place it anywhere in your tank it can grow in the most extreme conditions. On the plus side if you ever decide you don’t want it encroaching on a particular place it is also one of the easiest corals to remove from the rock. Just find an edge and pinch between your fingertips and you’ll be able to pull the purple base up in one large chunk until you’ve removed what you desire then simply cut it with a razor blade and you’re done!
